TERMS:

To book and confirm you must pay a non-returnable deposit of £300 and sign this contract and send it to our address. If deposit is not paid and contract not signed, there is no confirmation of the booking. Deposit is non returnable seven days after payment has been sent. The rest of the terms follow from the contract. Please read it carefully before signing. The balance must be paid one week before the wedding. If the balance is not paid the photographer is under no obligation to turn up, and you will still have to pay the full value of the contract you have signed. All rights of photography produced will remain with the company at all times and will be used in any advertising, exhibitions, competitions etc. as required. Photographers decision is final.
